Really enjoyed this luxurious hotel, easy to find. The room was good-sized and newly renovated with good beds and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Had a really really nice time.

Luxury and nice hotel with ACCOMMODATING staff. Nice building and rooms with jacuzzi. Excellent overall experience.

The hotel's position was good and amazing, just off Close to Copacabana beach, Rio Sul mall all within walking distance, and the nearest mall.

The breakfast is savoury and tasty for every taste, had good food.

Rooms vary in quality, but some are nice. Helpful staff, great location near beach, grocery store, and shopping mall. Quiet and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a variety of options.

Hotel staff was very willing to help with language barriers, directions to tourist sites, etc. Breakfast, which was included with room price, was excellent - many choices and pleasant room. Conveniently located.

The price was excessive considing the amenities at the hotel. However, it was Carnaval time and I know they jack up the prices at that time. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been, but was okay since we didn't spend a lot of time there anyway.

The convenience for the city and the beach

asked bell captain for taxi to airport he quoted above normal so I expected a nice car, it was a heap, use a city metered taxi.

This venue is spotless with friendly staff; it is located wonderfully and conveniently close to everything you'd want to see.

The location is convenient, close to the beach and shopping mall. Friendly staff, well-maintained rooftop pool, and spacious rooms. Delicious and varied breakfast.

Not obvious to find.

Great location, if you want to be around the Copacabana. There is, however, no nightlife and very few restaurants in walking distance.Make sure you have your stay planned, the reception is not very forward (or knowledgeable) with booking you tours, etc.

The hotel has an overall funny smell.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The road outside is very noisy so if you are a sensitive sleeper, don't choose this hotel. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not perfect and the bed was squeaky. The breakfast wasn't very nice. All in all this is a pretty dated hotel but fine if you are not spending much time there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the Copacabana area and I must say, it was a great experience. the location was perfect, as it was right next to one of the biggest malls in the area, with banks and a supermarket just a stone's throw away. Plus, the famous Copacabana beach was within easy walking distance, allowing me to soak up the sun and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were comfortable, with good beds and even a jacuzzi in some of them. And let's not forget the view - I had a room with a fantastic view of the green hill behind, which added a touch of tranquility to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was basic but included, providing a variety of options to satisfy different tastes.

My experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could have been improved.

The roof top pool is a lovely feature and the rooms were large and clean.

The receptionists were at times abrupt and rude, although I think this may be due to their limited English skills. Despite the other reviews, I did not find the staff very knowledgeable at all. When I asked about the free internet they said that the wifi was free if you had your own computer as I did not they suggested I use another hotel's internet! Prior to arriving at the hotel, I emailed the hotel three times requesting a pick up from the airport. I am yet to receive a response.

Walking distance from Copocabana, so that's attrative. However, not at top location.

Hotel rather simple (tough lcd tv in room), breakfast not the best and simple accomodation.
